tunnel time

Ben and Jude had a blast today playing in the tent and tunnel. Ben had Jude belly laughing several times as they raced back and forth through the tunnel.

Playing in the tunnel

Merry, merry, merry, merry Christmas

We opened Day 21 of the Christmas Calendar and read a Bible story....
then PRESENTS! Jude bought Ben some Legos.
We gave Ben a Dinosaur Train DVD.
Ben gave Jake dark chocolate and chips and salsa.
Our friend Jess, from Milwaukee, sent us gifts. Ben received a cool plane and some glow in the dark stars for his bedroom ceiling. SERIOUSLY he's so excited! We have the big dipper up :-)
Mema bought Jude some books. Thanks Mema!!
Mema bought Ben the game, Sorry Sliders. It's so cool! Jake and Ben played most of the morning.
I gave Jake Ben Percy's book, The Wilding. Jake and Ben were at Marquette together.
Chips and salsa time.

Ben gave Jude a car toy.
Jess gave Jude a yummy bath scrubby and a cool bib! Thanks Jess!
We had such a fun morning! The boys were so sweet and cute. For the record, Ben gave me an 8 cup food processor and Jake gave me a beautiful cashmere sweater from Fair Indigo. I'm spoiled rotten :-)

We no longer sit and watch our sweet baby coo and laugh. Jude is EVERYWHERE.

Ben is FIVE

Opening cards from the Blasors and Gables....

He's saying, "LOOK!!!"

Ben hasn't spent his money (and neither have his parents). But, he will get to spend it soon :)
Thanks for his gifts!

watch out

Jude isn't walking by himself yet, but he's cruising all over the place. He doesn't have the turn perfected so there's been a few crashes, but he loves his new freedom!
